The North American branch of the Institute will take place at Wayne State University, in the heart of Detroit, Michigan.
Travel:
The most convenient airport for workshop participants is Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). The Wayne State University campus is approximately 20 minutes from the airport by cab or shuttle. Participants are encouraged to share rides from the airport.
For getting around the downtown Detroit area, the Q-Line is a cost-effective way to travel. Those staying at the Renaissance Center at the discounted rate can go directly from there to Wayne State University via the Q-Line.
Accommodation:
Students will get free lodging via the Towers Residential/Chatsworth Suites (Dormitories at Wayne State University).

*Students who are presenting as First Author (SFA), and whose presentation has been accepted by the Programme Committee, are eligible for free registration and accommodations.
Guidelines for abstract submissions
Both talks and poster presentations are accepted. You will need to have ready the following information:
Contact details of the presenting author
Full ordered author list and author affiliations
Abstract (250 words)
After abstract submission
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Programme Committee and the presenting author will be contacted as soon as a decision is made. The Program Committee reserves the right not to include submitted abstracts in the meeting programme.
Student First Authors
First author (i.e., presenting) students whose contribution has been accepted will be exempted from the registration fee and will be allocated to free (shared) student accommodation and banquet ticket.
