*Students who are presenting as First Author (SFA), and whose presentation has been accepted by the Programme Committee, are eligible for free registration and accommodation in a student dormitory (from Fri, June 21 to Wed June 26, 5 nights).

Guidelines for abstract submissions
Only abstracts for poster presentations can be submitted from the link above. You will need to have ready the following information:
Contact details of the presenting author
Full ordered author list and author affiliations
Abstract (250 words)

After abstract submission
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Programme Committee and the presenting author will be contacted as soon as a decision is made. The Program Committee reserves the right not to include submitted abstracts in the meeting programme.

Student First Authors
First author (i.e., presenting) students whose contribution has been accepted as poster paper will be exempted from the registration fee and will be allocated to free (shared) student accommodation and banquet ticket.

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended: May 7, 2023

Posters will be presented during the dedicated Poster Session. Poster boards will be in place throughout the conference and you are encouraged to leave the posters in place for the whole duration.

The recommended size of the posters is A1 portrait (59.4 x 84.1 cm). Poster A0 portrait is possible (with a lower part freely hanging from the poster board).

Student dormitories and academic hotel are situated on campus in walking distance from the main venue.

Accommodation in dormitories is free for student first authors.

Nearest airports: Prague airport and Linz airport

There is a frequent train and bus connection between Prague and České Budějovice.

Alternatively, one can take a train or bus from Linz.

It takes ca 2h either from Prague or Linz.
